Crossing the Line is one of Ireland’s leading international documentary producers. 


Specialising in subjects they are passionate about, the company’s creative team makes a small number of highly crafted films annually and these have been nominated for some of the highest awards in world television including five Emmy nominations in the last four years and multiple Irish Film & Television awards including best documentary series on three different occasions. The team have also won the most prestigious international awards in the natural history film world - Best of Festival at both Wildscreen and The Jackson Hole Wildlife Film Festival on two occasions for films about the fate of India’s tigers and the wildlife of Ireland’s River Shannon.


Other past work includes the landmark film on the 50th anniversary of the Cuban Missile Crisis for America’s Public Broadcasting System PBS  and a cinema feature on The Clancy Brothers & Tommy Makem. The company are currently producing a landmark film on the Voyager space mission and a series on Ireland’s wild west coast for some of the world’s leading broadcasters.
